PMH Norway

Moen Marin, the world’s largest supplier of work vessels to the aquaculture industry, acquires PMH Norway. With Moen Marin as a new and strong industrial owner, PMH Norway will gain muscle to further develop existing solutions as well as produce new technology and innovative solutions.

PMH Norway with its 16 employees with broad mechanical, electrical and technical expertise supplies a wide range of technology and advanced products for propulsion, dynamic positioning and maneuvering systems, hydraulic systems and deck equipment to customers in offshore, passenger transport, fishing, shipping and farming.

PMH Norway will become a subsidiary of Moen Marin and will continue to operate under the same brand name and from its current location in Bosberg, west of Trondheim.

Moen Marin places a high priority on technological development and, through this acquisition, aims to design and deliver vessels with more integrated and functional solutions that will benefit both national and international customers.

The agreement on the transfer of ownership was entered into on 07.01.2025 and the transaction has already been completed.
